Epiphany is a short film produced during the UCLA Summer Institute program, where I used the genre of psychological thriller to tell the story of a WWII female pilot who, like many women of that time, experienced the reversal of her feminine role post-war.

After my immigration to Los Angeles 7 years ago, one of my main goals was to become acquainted with this city as quickly as possible. Sharing my adventures with both my social circle in Iran and the newly created one in the US seemed impossible until I learned how to overcome these geographical barriers in the virtual setting of social media. Through landscape photography, I was able to meet both of these goals without realizing that my photography skills were also improving in the process.
